Course Concept:

 

Cascadia Emergency Management offers a 4-hour program to assist in planning for COVID-19 related issues. 

 

Situational Awareness is the key to any response. Obtaining credible and actionable information is critical to mission success. This program will review sources of information, use of Social Media as it relates to reporting.

Incident Action Planning is the cornerstone of any successful response operations. Participants will be introduced to the National Incident Management Systems (NIMS) Incident Action Plan (IAP) used in the Incident Command System (ICS).
